Water authority introduces Etapp system for online services – KERALA – GENERAL


THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: You can now apply online for a water and sanitation connection from your home. Water quality test requests can also be submitted online. Payments for all of these services can be made online. With this, Kerala Water Authority has completed the process of providing a complete digital service to customers and avoiding physical contact at all stages of the service.

The complete digital service is also part of the follow-up of the Covid protocol and the green protocol. All customer invoices, receipts and certificates will be made available digitally. Complaints and inquiries will be received digitally. The dashboard of all online services will be provided on the official website.

Payment can be made online at the Water Charges website through the ePay link or through the UPI apps. Water bills will be sent by SMS to the telephone number registered by the customer. All you have to do is visit the website www.kwa.kerala.gov.in to pay the water charges or avail other online services.

For complaints and information, call the toll-free number 1916. Etapp is a system allowing you to request a new connection online without having to go directly to the offices of the Régie des Eaux. The online login function, initially introduced in only two section offices, will also be available in all other logins.
