The bank mentioned that the temporary shutdown of its services is due to maintenance work. Customers have been advised that services will be discontinued between 10:45 p.m. on July 16 and 1:15 a.m. on July 17. During these 150 minutes of downtime, services such as online banking, YONO, YONO Lite and UPI transactions will be inaccessible to customers.
“We ask our valued customers to stay with us as we strive to provide a better banking experience,” the SBI said in a tweet.
