Petmate unveiled its digital and interactive B2B platform, PAWS Petmate’s online sales application.
PAWS showcases product lines, marketing initiatives and operational capabilities. It offers multimedia and interactive content as well as a ton of easily accessible support documents. It is intuitive to navigate and comprehensive enough to be a one stop shop for all sales information.
The new technology will provide Petmate’s customers with a detailed narrative of each product line, including key industry and consumer information that will optimize and aid the customer process and decision-making. The platform includes some of the newer products that were recently launched in 2021. World Pets Fair, like the Chuckit! Indoor Super Slider, a slider that stays on the ground for safe indoor play for dogs; JW Pet’s solo chew toys! that have dental benefits and innovative ways to get toothpaste on dog teeth, including Banana Chew-ee or Apple Core Chew-ee toys; and the company’s refreshed top-loading kennel, with a top door that takes the stress out of placing pets in the kennel, rather than pushing them in from the front.
