TAO includes over 150 short and effective educational sessions covering over 50 common topics and skills related to mental health, wellness and substance use issues. TAO Includes interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises, and practice tools all aimed at helping you achieve your goals.

Therapy assist option
TAO’s therapeutic assistance option allows you to get effective treatment when your schedule, or your life, makes it difficult to access the counseling office. You will have access to very effective 24/7 therapy modules and dedicated time to meet your advisor online every week by videoconference.
How to register for TAO Self-Help
- In your browser window, navigate to (USA) TAOconnect.org/register or (Canada) CA.TAOconnect.org/register
- Enter your school’s first name, last name and email address
- Enter your UofSC network password
- Leave the “Registration key” field blank.
- Click on register
- Check your email. You will receive a welcome email to TAO with a confirmation link that you will need to click to log in.

Interactive projection program
Get free, anonymous mental health screening with the Interactive Screening Program (ISP). You will get feedback from an advisor based on your results. ISP was created by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
