Online Services Resource Center – Manatee County

To submit a construction, planning or license request, you must be logged in to online services. If you do not have an Online Services account, you can create a free account by clicking the “New users: Create Account” on the homepage. Note that you must provide a valid email address when registering your account.

You will first be prompted to accept our disclaimer before creating your account. Next, you’ll need to create a username, add your email address, and set up a password and security question.

If you receive a message that your username already exists on another website, you may already be registered with another agency using the same software. See the bottom of this section for further instructions if this is the case. Otherwise, click “Add New” to add your contact information.

You will need to decide whether to create an individual account for yourself or an organizational account on behalf of a business. Once the contact information has been added, click the Add additional contact address button to add your address. There are three types of address:

Mailing address is required in all applications. Home address and business address may be required for some applications. By adding these addresses to your account, they can be auto-populated in any app you create. If any of these addresses are the same, the address should always be added individually under each type so that it automatically populates in an application.

Once you are done adding your address(es), click Save and Close and the address window will close and return to the contact information window. Click Continue, then Continue Application, and you will be registered to use online services and can log in.
