“In addition to using the payment options that remained available (bank transfer, SurePay, Western Union, NLCB-VIA and the My bmobile app), you can resume visiting bmobile.co.tt and access b-online to view invoices, make payments and manage your account at your convenience.
The company said customers can also stop by its partner stores for bill payments, queries, new services and other transactions.
The company apologized for the inconvenience and said measures have been put in place to ensure the issue does not reoccur.
On March 21, the company noted he was trying to resolve an issue that was affecting his ability to process payment transactions in-store and via b-online.
As a result, the company has temporarily suspended disconnections until the system is back online.
The company said the event did not affect the quality of its voice, data, internet, security or entertainment services.
