Govt. revises the fees for using SEZ-Online services


The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has notified that the revised user fees for SEZ-Online services will be the lowest and come into effect on November 15, 2021.

“The Ministry of Commerce (DoC) had received various requests from developers / co-developers / units in SEZs for rationalization / revision of user fees collected by NSDL from them for SEZ-Online services. The issue has been investigated and after due consideration of the issues reported by the service provider, it has been decided that the revised user fees for SEZ-Online services will be the same and will come into effect from 15.11.2021 ” , the government said in the circular. noted.

Government notified that the transaction of Rs. 50 plus tax is payable on the input invoice / shipping invoice / DTA sale / deemed export / DTA supply with export benefit / transfer from zone to zone / DTA supply / temporary withdrawal / subcontracting.

In the case of Softex Forms, a charge of 15 / – per invoice is applicable. The fee of Rs. 5000 / – per year is payable on the AMC fee for the unit and the AMC fee for the developer / co-developer is Rs. 10000 / – per year. The unit registration fee (one time) is Rs. 25,000 / – and the developer / co-developer registration fee (one time) is Rs. 50,000 / -.
