APIIC Launches 14 Online Services – The New Indian Express

VIJAYAWADA: Special Chief Secretary (Industries) R Karikala Valaven on Monday launched the online services of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation at APIIC headquarters in Mangalagiri. Karikala Valaven commended the Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, J Subrahmanyam and other officials for launching the APIIC web portal www.apindustries.gov.in to offer 14 online services to industries.

Subrahmanyam said industrialists can now obtain the services of APIIC through the one-stop portal linked to the Department of Industries website. To benefit from one of the 14 services, industrialists must log on to the entrepreneur’s website and fill in information such as company ID, file number and others for their application to be processed. The intention of APIIC’s online services is to ensure transparency and quick approvals, he said. Timely approval will be given for extension of time (EoT) for advance payment.

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation has set 15 days as stipulated time for services such as company name change clearance, withdrawal of award after SLAC/DIPC approval, 21 days to process files related to services such as the change of line of activity, complementary branch of activity, reassignment to subdivision (non-execution of deed of lease), 30 days for request for execution of deed of sale (area less than 2 ha) and 45 days to process files related to services such as transfer of subdivision, change of company constitution, subdivision/bifurcation of parcel, request for execution of deed of sale (parcel of more than 5 ares), Certificate of non-objection for mortgage of allocated plot and extension of time for the realization of the industrial project.
